I received brochure in the mail today from Sports Travel and Tours (below is a pic of the cover). I was flipping through the brochure and there were a number of packages and deals for every region of the country. For example, there is an “Interleague Extra” package. 6 Ballparks, 6 Games, 9 Teams all in 7 days. The trip covers Detroit, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Washington, Philadelphia and New York (Yankees). If you plan hitting the road this summer to visit a few ballparks you may want to check these guys out.

Yesterday Eric Simon from Amazin’ Avenue was nice enough to send me an advance preview copy of the Amazin’ Avenue Annual 2010. Even though I’m not totally through the book yet, I must say I am very impressed.

This book is full of commentary, analysis, opinions and much more. There was a lot of effort and detail that went into this project from a number of different people.
