Final Score: Mets 3 – Pirates 9
Box Score: Click here for the complete box score
Mets Record: 25-30
Key Moment In The Game: The key moment was the top of the 7th inning when the Pirates scored five runs to take a 5-2 lead at the time. The Mets ran into a little bad luck (Pirates had multiple infield hits) and some poor defensive decisions which the Pirates took advantage of.
Game Ball: No game ball. Just a lousy game by the entire team.
