Mets Game Recap: Mets Get Swept In Doubleheader, Again

Just a few days removed from the Mets being swept by the Colorado Rockies in a doubleheader, the Mets get swept again. This time by the Atlanta Braves. Below is the recap of each game.

Key Moment In The Game: The key moment was the bottom of the 6th inning when Freddie Freeman hit a solo home run. It was the fourth Braves solo home run of the game and gave the Braves a 4-2 lead at the time and that’s how it ended.

Key Moment In The Game: The key moment was the bottom of the 1st inning when Dan Uggla hit an RBI single. With the Mets recent struggles they really needed Mike Pelfrey to come out and put up a few scoreless innings early. He did not do that and the Mets played uninspired baseball for the remainder of the game.
