Yup, TC played that card perfectly. I believe Duda will get the start today.

I couldn't believe Marlins' skipper Edwin Rodriguez pulled Johnson with a 3-run lead in the top of the 7th at home, on Opening Day, if that was Santana pitching at Citi Field with a three-run lead, there's no way he's coming out of that game, Johnson's supposed to be the Marlins ace, right, I'd be pretty upset if my manager pulled me out of a game like that. As for the Mets, Thole should be batting 7th, followed by Emaus 8th. Wright's 0-for-4 night w/2 SO not a good start for him. What can you do, Collins said it, "we've got 161 of these games left."

Opening day last year (at Citi Field), in the bottom of the sixth, one out and Barajas on 2B, with Mets up 4-1, Pagan pitch hit for Santana.

Really! I stand corrected, okay, I take it back, was Santana upset? I'm sure the beat writers asked him about that after the game.

Well, Harris performed as the numbers told Collins he would. So, I'm not giving TC a game ball, but, he deserves a tip-o-the-hat.
