Jose Reyes Reaction To The Mets Picking Up His Option
November 5, 2010In the ESPN video below Jose Reyes talks about his reaction to the New York Mets picking up his $11 million club option, playing out the last year of his deal and possible free agency in 2012.
I think it was a no brainer that the Mets picked up this option. I’m interested to see if the Mets do indeed let Reyes play out the last year of his deal or if they try to renegotiate a long term deal before the end of the 2011 season. As with any talented player in the last year of their deal I expect a big season from Reyes in 2011.
