Is Joe Torre A Good Fit For The Mets?

Posted on by Kerel Cooper

In the ESPN video below watch fans give there opinion about the possibility of Joe Torre becoming the next manager of the New York Mets. I’ve said in the past that I do not want Joe Torre to manage the Mets. I feel that Torre’s laid back, “everything is going to be ok” approach to managing is not what this Mets team needs. The last two managers (Willie Randolph and Jerry Manuel) have taken that approach and it hasn’t worked.

What do you think? Torre or someone else?

Not to put down Torre but I do not feel he is the best match for this team. They need a "stronger personality" as manager and also in the GM office.
