Q & A: Can The Mets Finish At .500

In the game recap I did for Metsblog yesterday in the comments section, viewer Mets41 ask the question:

Anyone care to speculate on whether or not a .500 season is in reach. They need to go 14 – 10 to do it and have 13 games left against sub .500 teams. Frankly, I don’t think there’s a chance of it any more. I’m thinking 75 wins might actually be a stretch for this team.
