Teams I’m Rooting For Since The Mets Are Done
September 2, 2010Yesterday I said on Twitter and Facebook: Gotta start thinking about who I’m going to back in the Playoffs since the Mets won’t be there.
I got a lot of good comments back so I figured I’d make a video to talk about the two teams who I’ll be rooting for.

You only picked the Rays because they are fighting with the yankees
. haha.

I'm pulling for the Rangers to make their first World Series appearance. I remember seeing Josh Hamilton working as hired help on an episode of "Flip This House" as he was helped on his long road back to proffesional baseball.
I'm honestly worried that if Tampa makes the playoffs we will be shocked to see a practically empty stadium. Unless they can fly in around 20,000 new passengers for the bandwagon.
And, while the Braves are a division rival, not to mention really damn annoying to most Mets fans, a successful drive through the playoffs in Cox's final season would be a great baseball story.
