What scares me most is if the Mets replace the manager with the same style/type manager that didn't work in the past. Mets need a fresh start/something different style at the manager position.

As for Mets manager next season, they need a guy who's in a position where he needs to prove himself to the league that he's capable of managing at the major-league level, hungry…possessing great baseball instincts is a plus as well.

That sounds a lot like Willie Randolph when he first started managing the Mets. I wouldn't mind someone with some experience as long as he can command their respect and light a fire under them.

The Mets need to replace Jerry and Omar. I think they should get as a manger Tony Pena from the yankees he will be good.

I agree on Jerry and Omar. This should be their last season. They need a manager who will light a fire under them.
