Quick Game Notes:
Final Score: Mets 3 – Braves 8
Box Score: Click here for the complete box score.
Mets Record: 54-54
Key Moment In The Game: In my opinion the key moment was the bottom of the 6th inning when the Braves scored 2 runs aided by Jose Reyes, Ike Davis and David Wright errors. The Braves went up 7-2 at the time and that put the game out of reach.
Game Ball: No game ball tonight. In one of the most important games of the season, Mike Pelfrey was bad again and the team was terrible defensively.
Additional Comments:
Mike Pelfrey: 4.2 IP | 8 H | 3 ER | 1 SO.
Mets Defense: 4 errors tonight.
The Mets are back to .500 with 1/3 of the season left to go.

Mets are now 21-35 on the road this season.
