LOL you know I'm not a big Beltran fan but I do recognize his value and I'm going to be patient and give him time to get back into the swing of things. He actually looked pretty good at the plate last night and even though he was thrown out, I like his agressiveness when he tried to steal.

When I first saw the title, I thought this was going to be a smear campaign against Carlos Beltran, but you make a lot of sense, if Reyes is not in the lineup, you need Pagan there, without his speed, you have to rely more heavily on power numbers such as home runs and RBIs to be competitive…something that the Mets have not shown on a consistent basis.
