So far his offense has made up for the stolen bases. Also I'm a big believer that stolen bases are more on the pitcher than they are the catcher.

So far this season, the only negative aspect of Barajas' game has been against stolen bases. His preventing of 2 out of 21 attempts is pretty damn dismal
Maybe the Mets can find a mad scientist somewhere, and clone Barajas, Blanco & Thole together.
