Quick Game Notes:

  • Final Score: Mets 1 – Marlins 3

  • Mets Record: 1-2
  • Key Moment In The Game: In my opinion the key moment of the game was in the top of the 6th inning when Gaby Sanchez doubled off Jonathon Niese to produce the third run to put the Marlins up by two and basically out of reach of the Mets offense that struggled again tonight.
  • Game Ball: The game ball goes to Angel Pagan who had two hits in his first start in Centerfield this season.
  • Up Next: The Mets welcome in the Washington Nationals for the start of a three game weekend series Friday April 9, 2010 at 7:10pm
