John Vacca – what is the reason that we’re probably going to leave Ike Davis down in the minors? Why can’t we bring him up to New York and split the time between him and Murphy?

If he struggles: short term maybe Pagan getting some time in RF when Beltran comes back. Long term Fernando Martinez is probably the answer as long as he stays healthy and continues to improve.

I'm not big of a Mike Jacobs fan. I think he strikes out too much and his defense could use some work. Why Jacobs over Murphy? and then what would you do with Murphy?

What about if Frenchy struggles and proves to not be the player he was years ago?
