Don’t Be Mad At Jason Bay
December 29, 2009Update 12-29-09 at 2:19pm: So to update my video post below, Mike Francesa on WFAN says that the Mets will announce the Jason Bay signing sometime next week, pending his physical. Good news as far as I’m concerned.

Good point on Beltran. You could also say the same about Delgado. Remember originally he picked the Marlins over the Mets.

I agree, we shouldn't be mad at Jason Bay. Like Carlos Beltran, the Mets weren't his number 1 option, but he's now one of our guys. The Mets haven't proven they can win and haven't shown that they are an organization that wants to win. They lack direction from ownership right down the the joke of a manager in Manual. Omar needs to go bye-bye and the Mets need to move in a newer direction. "Hey Booby V …. ya wanna come back to Queens?"
