Mets News: Circling Dates on The 2010 Schedule
September 15, 2009As I mentioned on my Twitter account earlier today, NJ.com reported that the Mets have released their preliminary schedule for the 2010 season. With that said there are a few dates that stick out. Here are the dates that I am circling and the reasons why:
- Citi Field Home Opener: The Mets lost their home opener this season, let’s see if they can win it next yr.
- Phillies: The Mets first series against their arch enemy is on May 1st in Philadelphia
- Subway Series: First match up against the Yankees starts on May 21st.
- Parks to See: The Mets start a series with Baltimore on June 11th. I have yet to visit Camden Yards so this may be a great opportunity for me to make the trip.
- Mid-Summer Classic: The All-Star game is on July 11th.
So these are the dates that I am circling on next seasons calendar. You can view the entire schedule here. I would love to hear what dates you are looking forward to so leave a comment.

I've been to Citizens Bank. Nice park. I have not been to PNC, but I've heard good things. I need to start getting out to more parks. I think I'm going to shoot for Baltimore and Washington next year.
