What Happened To Andruw Jones?

January 8th, 2009 by Kerel Cooper

The Dodgers and Andruw Jones recently worked out a deal to restructure his contract which will allow the Dodgers to possibly trade him in the near future. This news got me to thinking about Andruw Jones and I asked the question, What Happened To Andruw Jones? Jones came onto the scene in 1996 with the Atlanta Braves and immediately made an impact by becoming the youngest player (age 19) to hit a homerun in the post season. With numbers Jones put up between 2000-2006, there was no way anyone would think two years later a team would be trying to get rid of him (as the Dodgers are trying to doing now). In my video below I take a deeper look into his career stats and speculate on what team might be willing to take a chance on him.
